LED TV Prices in Pakistan| Smart & 4K LEDs – Ali Zainab Electronics

LED TVs in Pakistan Find the Right Size, Brand, and Price for Your Home

So you're shopping for a new TV, and every site seems to quote a different price for what's supposedly the same thing. That's normal, honestly. LED prices in Pakistan run anywhere from around Rs. 18,000 for a small 17-inch set to over Rs. 600,000 for a top-end 65-inch OLED. If you're buying for a regular living room, something in the 40- to 55-inch range with smart features, you're realistically looking at somewhere between Rs. 55,000 and Rs. 150,000, depending on the brand and whether it does 4K.

Why this feels harder than it should be

Here's the thing about buying a TV in Pakistan right now: there's no shortage of options, and that's exactly the problem. Ten brands, three resolutions, sizes from bedroom-small to home-theatre-huge, and prices that can jump by twenty or thirty thousand rupees between two TVs that look almost identical on paper. Most people aren't actually trying to find the cheapest TV. They're trying to figure out which one makes sense for their room and their budget, and that's a different question.

We keep our lineup at Ali Zainab Electronics fairly tight on purpose TCL, Dawlance, Haier, LG, Multynet, Samsung, Noble, Skyworth, Sony. Brands people have actually heard of and trust, not forty near-identical options that all blur together after the fifth one.

What LED TVs actually cost, by size

Prices come down to three things really: how big the screen is, whether it's HD or 4K, and whether it runs smart apps out of the box. Here's roughly where things sit right now:

Screen Size

Starting Price (PKR)

17 inch

Rs. 18,000 – 22,000

24 inch

Rs. 28,000 – 34,000

32 inch

Rs. 38,000 – 45,000

40 inch

Rs. 48,000 – 55,000

42 inch

Rs. 52,000 – 60,000

50 inch

Rs. 62,000 – 90,000

55 inch

Rs. 68,000 – 100,000

Take these as a starting point rather than gospel prices move around with promotions and new stock, so what you pay at checkout might be a bit different.

LED or LCD does it even matter anymore?

Not really, but here's the short answer anyway: it comes down to the backlight. Old LCD TVs use CCFL tubes to light the screen, which is why they're thicker, run hotter, and eat more electricity. LED TVs swapped that out for actual light-emitting diodes, which is why they're slimmer, brighter, and cheaper to run over time. Most shops in Pakistan have quietly stopped stocking LCDs altogether because there's just no reason to buy one anymore.

Picking a size that fits your room

A 24–32 inch screen makes sense for a bedroom or a small kitchen, anywhere you're sitting close. For a typical living room, 40–50 inches is where most people land; it's big enough to feel like a proper TV without swallowing the whole wall. If you've got a bigger lounge or you're setting up something closer to a home theatre, 55 inches and up is where you start to notice the difference.

As for type, you've basically got four tiers to choose from. Standard LEDs are the no-frills option no apps, just a screen. Smart LEDs run Android or Google TV so Netflix and YouTube are built in. 4K models pack in four times the detail of regular HD, which becomes obvious once you're past 43 inches. And QLED or OLED sits at the top, with noticeably deeper blacks and richer color if you're willing to pay for it.

What you're actually getting for the money

Beyond the obvious picture-quality upgrade, a modern LED TV runs cooler and pulls less power than the sets people had a decade ago, which does add up on the electricity bill if you're running it every evening. Most models these days come with HDMI and USB ports plus wireless connectivity, so hooking up a console, soundbar, or streaming stick isn't a hassle. And because the panels are so slim now, wall-mounting is usually painless if that's the route you want to go.

Questions people actually ask us

Which brand should I go with?

Depends on what you're optimizing for. If picture quality is the main priority, Samsung, TCL, Sony, and LG are the ones to consider. If you want something reliable without spending a fortune, Dawlance, Haier, Multynet, and Noble hold up well for the price.

Is it worth paying extra for a Smart TV?

Usually, yeah. You skip having to buy a separate streaming stick, and the price gap between smart and non-smart models these days is often smaller than people assume.

What does 4K actually change in real life?

It's about pixel density a 4K screen has roughly four times the detail of a standard HD screen. On anything under 40 inches, you probably won't notice much. Past 43 inches, especially if you sit close, it's a real difference.

Do LEDs really save on electricity, or is that just marketing?

It's genuine. The LED backlight draws less power than the old CCFL tubes in LCDs, and on a bigger screen that difference is noticeable over months of use, not just in theory.

What size makes sense for a small bedroom?

Most people find 24–32 inches works best there, mainly because you're usually watching from a bed at fairly close range, so you don't need anything bigger.
